Alexis Guerra awarded the National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship!

The Jiang Lab is proud to announce that our very own member, Alexis Guerra, was recently awarded the 2021 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship! This NSF award is a prestigious five-year fellowship that enables graduate students to pursue their doctoral degree in STEM fields. She applied for this fellowship in the field of Geosciences and Biological Oceanography to support her research project and international collaboration on coastal microbiomes and water quality.
